Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or broken upon arrival.
You received the wrong product (incorrect item or size).
The product is significantly different from what was described on our website.
Return requests must be made within 3- 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized handmade products cannot be returned.
Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

How to Request a Return
If your item is eligible for a return, follow these steps:

Email us at support@greenvalleyhandicraft.com with your order number and a clear photo/video of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process the refund or replacement.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason (customer’s decision), you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refund or Replacement After Return
