Eligibility for Refunds

The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
The item received is incorrect (wrong product or size).
The product is significantly different from the description on our website.
Refund requests must be made within 5 to 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Refundable Items
Customized or personalized handmade items cannot be refunded.
Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering after delivery.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

How to Request a Refund
If your order is eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

Our support team will review the request and respond within 2 to 3 business days.
If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item (if required).
Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, the refund will be processed.

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 15 business days.
If the refund is not reflected after the given time, please check with your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
